About discount

application Applications can be made if J:COM service and au mobile phone/tablet (hereinafter referred to as au terminal) subscriber have the same last name and address. If your family is over 50 years old, you can apply at a different address from the one you have subscribed to J:COM service. If you have a different surname or have 5 or more au terminals in total, you will need proof that you are a family member or living at the same address (if you have a different address and are over 50 years old, you will only need a family member's proof).
Discount applied
  • 本割引に申し込みいただいた翌月末時点で、対象のJ:COMサービスの回線開通が確認されている場合(一部サービスは申込手続き完了後)、申込翌月ご利用分から割引適用。
  • Discount from au terminal usage fee.
  • auスマートバリュー加入から2年間割引(2,200円/月、1,551円/月、1,027円/月)適用は、対象のau携帯電話(タブレット含む)1回線につき、 auスマートバリューの割引を初めて適用した月を1ヶ月目としてカウントし、最大24ヶ月の割引をもって終了。3年目以降は割引額が変更となる。
  • 割引対象合計額が割引金額を下回る場合は、割引対象合計額を上限として割引。
  • 割引額は、月末時点で加入しているau端末の料金プランやデータ定額サービスにより判定。月末時点で条件を満たさない月は割引適用されない。
  • au回線を解約 ・一時休止された場合、お手続きの当月をもって割引の適用を終了。au回線を譲渡/承継(家族間は除く)された場合は、お手続きの前月分をもって割引の適用を終了。
  • 対象のJ:COMサービスを「利用中」または「手続き中」の場合も、割引の適用とする。
  • 対象のJ:COMサービスを解約・転居・一部サービスの変更をされた場合、割引の適用は解約・転居・サービス変更月の前月をもって終了。
  • 本割引お申込後、対象のJ:COMサービスが6カ月経過後も開通されていない場合、割引は一時停止となり、開通後、割引が再開。
  • 対象のJ:COMサービスを提供会社側都合で取消された場合、取消月の翌月から3ヶ月目まで割引。ただし、開通前にお客さま都合により取消された場合、受付の前月利用分をもって割引を終了、それまでの割引額をau携帯電話(タブレット含む)側のご利用料金に合算し請求。
  • KDDIが実施する他の施策とは併用できない場合あり。
  • 別途機種代金のほか、別途ユニバーサルサービス料、電話リレーサービス料などが必要。
  • KDDI will notify you in advance if there are any changes to the content of this discount.
  • 別途auのお手続きにかかる手数料については、auホームページまたはau取扱店でご確認ください。
