After J:COM confirms your application, we will contact you by phone or email.

Installation work, setting
J:COM 's construction personnel will visit the customer's home and perform the installation work for the service.

"Consolidated Billing (DAZN)"
about
- "Combined Billing (DAZN)" allows User the J:COM J:COM to pay the usage fee for "DAZN", a service provided by DAZN Limited (hereinafter referred to as DAZN), when using J:COM service. A service that can be paid together with the fee.
- If you use "Consolidated billing (DAZN)", you cannot cancel "DAZN" during the free period. In the case of cancellation, payment of the usage fee (including consumption tax equivalent) from the end of the free period to the time of cancellation is required.
- To use "Combined Billing (DAZN)", you need to create a J:COM Personal ID and have an Internet connection. Additionally, it is necessary to complete registration for use of "DAZN" using the method specified by J:COM. If you do not register using the method specified by J:COM, payment will not be made via J:COM and will be billed directly by DAZN.
- "Consolidated billing (DAZN)" can be used up to one contract and one account per household.
- If you cancel your J:COM service, "Combined billing (DAZN)" will also be canceled at the same time, and if you wish to continue using "DAZN", you will need to contact DAZN separately.
- The monthly usage fee of "DAZN" is not calculated on a daily basis.
- Parental consent is required for minors to apply for "consolidated billing (DAZN)". Regarding the use of "DAZN", the "DAZN" terms of use apply.
- J:COM is not responsible for any troubles that occur with "DAZN."
