Usage fee

To use "Anshin Remote Support", you need to subscribe to J:COM service.
If you are already a subscriber, please apply for ``Anshin Remote Support'' using the application button below.

Free for up to 2 months including the month you joined!

Basic monthly fee 500 yen (550 yen including tax)

Anshin Remote Support is free for up to two months (for new Internet subscribers, until the month construction is complete and the end of the following month; for existing Internet users, until the month of application and the end of the following month). A usage fee of 500 yen (550 yen including tax)/month will be charged from the second month. Cancellation is possible in the second month during the free period. Depending on the customer's PC environment, remote control service may not be possible.

Anshin Remote Support Terms of Use

  • To use ``Anshin Remote Support'' (hereinafter referred to as this service), you must subscribe to the NET service provided by J:COM Oita. To use the NET service, a basic monthly fee, installation fee, etc. are required.
  • You can use this service from the day after your application date. However, if you apply at the same time as a new application for J:COM TV, J:COM NET, or J:COM PHONE, you can use it from the first installation date.
  • Billing is prorated for the month you start using this service.
  • Depending on the device/terminal, it may not be possible.
  • Only J:COM services to which the customer has a contract are supported.

  • About cooling-off:
    1. You can cancel the contract for "Anshin Remote Support" by notifying us in writing or electronically by the day 8 days have passed from the date of receipt of the full text of the "Indication based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Law" given at the time of contract. Possible. However, if you apply for "Anshin Remote Support" at the same time as applying for a new service provided by J:COM Oita, the period will start from the date of receipt of the "Information on contract contents (document after contract conclusion)" separately issued by our company. You can cancel the contract for "Anshin Remote Support" by notifying us in writing or electronically by the day 8 days have passed since the end of the contract. Details of the early contract cancellation system will be stated in the document after the contract is signed.
    2. If "Anshin Remote Support" has already started to be provided to customers, we will bear the costs required to terminate the service.
  • For customers who request it, we will separately send a document or electronic data containing the full text of the display based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
