With the Heartful Plan, construction costs and fees that are normally incurred may be waived.
Customers who use the Heartful Plan will receive a discount on fees when subscribing to the J:COM MOBILE A Plan. In addition, there will be a discount on J:COM GAS (only available in some areas).

This service is not available in some areas of J:COM Oita.
- Those who live in a coaxial area in Oita City or Yufu City
- Residents of Usa City, Kitsuki City, and Nakatsu City
- Installation costs, handling fees, initial costs, etc. are required for using, canceling, and changing services for each service.
- All construction costs/fees when adding or changing services are free of charge. Contract cancellation fees for long-term contract services are also exempted.
- In order to join the Heartful Plan, it may take some time from the time you apply until you can start using the service, as it is necessary to confirm each notebook and certificate in the contract conditions. Thank you for your understanding.
- Separate charges apply, including broadband universal service fees (in the case of J:COM NET, this may not apply depending on the contract), telephone universal service fees, telephone relay service fees, call charges, and SMS communication fees.
