- J:COM PHONE Heartful Plan... J:COM PHONE Plus *3
- In addition to this course, we also have other courses available that you can choose from depending on your usage situation and communication environment. Please contact us for details.
- The service speed varies depending on the area and plan. It is offered as either "J:COM NET Hikari 1G Plan on au Hikari (limited to detached houses, outside the Kansai area)" / "J:COM NET Hikari 1G Plan (J:COM line)" / "J:COM NET 1G Plan" (some areas are not yet available, and the service is gradually expanding).

Terms and conditions are as follows.
- Must reside within J:COM area.
- Those who are at home among those eligible for special disability deductions stipulated in the Income Tax Act Enforcement Example.
Specifically, those who have received the following certifications from prefectures, ordinance-designated cities, and core cities according to the laws stipulated by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.- Physical Disability Certificate: Level 1, Level 2
- Rehabilitation notebook: most severe, severe, moderate
- Mental Disability Health and Welfare Handbook: Level 1
- Those who can present each of the notebooks mentioned above to our staff when applying for the "Heartful Plan".

We will confirm the relationship and support relationship with the person by signing the consent form.
In addition, as proof of cohabitation, we will check the mail addressed to the policyholder and the disabled person (with the same address), or the same health insurance card or resident card.- None of the above documents will be collected.
