J:COM TV Heartful Plan

"We will provide you with one free copy of J: J:COM Magazine (monthly TV program guide magazine).

J:COM NET Heartful Plan

It is offered as either "J:COM NET Hikari 1G Course on au Hikari (limited to detached houses, outside the Kansai area)" / "J:COM NET Hikari 1G Course (J:COM line)" / "J:COM NET 1G Course" (not available in some areas, gradually expanding).
- The displayed communication speed is the maximum value according to technical standards, and does not guarantee a constant speed.

J:COM PHONE Heartful Plan

Customers eligible for the above who live within the J:COM area will receive a fee discount when subscribing to J:COM MOBILE. Customers using the Heartful Plan receive discounts and other benefits when subscribing to J:COM HOME, J:COM DENRYOKU, or J:COM GAS. Please contact us for more information.
This service is not available in some areas of J:COM Oita.
- Those who live in a coaxial area in Oita City or Yufu City
- Residents of Usa City, Kitsuki City, and Nakatsu City
- Installation costs, handling fees, initial costs, etc. are required for using, canceling, and changing services for each service.
- All construction costs/fees when adding or changing services are free of charge. Contract cancellation fees for long-term contract services are also exempted.
- In order to join the Heartful Plan, it may take some time from the time you apply until you can start using the service, as it is necessary to confirm each notebook and certificate in the contract conditions. Thank you for your understanding.
