5G switching flow
We will guide customers who are currently subscribed to 5G switching.
To use 5G, it is necessary to confirm "5G contract / 5G compatible terminal / 5G communication area".
Check your current plan
①Please check on your My Page or MY J:COM app to see if the plan you are currently subscribed to is "J:COM MOBILE A Plan (voice + data)".

②If your current plan is not "A Plan ST", please change the plan below.

Check if your device supports 5G
In order to use 5G communication, it is necessary to have a 5G compatible terminal.
Please choose either.
- Those with a SIM-only contract
- Those who have a contract with a terminal and SIM together
- Please check if your smartphone supports 5G on each manufacturer's website.
- You can switch to 5G from the web.
Log in with J:COM Personal ID → Select "Smartphone" from the service menu → Click the 5G service application button to complete the procedure.

Yes, if you are a J:COM MOBILE subscriber and change your service to 5G, you can use the same SIM Card to use the 5G service.
Limited to J:COM MOBILE A plan (voice + data) subscribers.
