Target audience
  • Customers and their referrals who have applied for eligible services through referrals, and who have completed the installation work, received the terminal, opened the line, or switched the MNP line within one month.
  • The customer you introduce is someone who is signing up for a new eligible service to which they are not yet a member.
  • The referrer must be a current subscriber to the applicable service.
Apply
  • The discount benefits will begin the month after the referred customer completes the installation work or device receipt/line activation/MNP line switching for the referred customer, and the month after the introducer completes the installation work or device receipt/line activation/MNP line switching for the referred customer.
  • After the discount period ends, it will automatically continue at the regular monthly usage fee.
  • A total of 5,500 yen (including tax) will be given to the referrer once.
  • Even if you introduce two or more people at the same time, the total discount is 5,500 yen (tax included). Additional application during the discount application period, continuous application is not possible.

  • You cannot introduce yourself or someone who lives at the same address as the introducer.
  • Option additions and service changes for each service are not covered.
  • Referrals from J:COM personnel and non-J:COM service subscribers are not eligible.
  • Depending on the contract type and content, some provisions may not be applicable.
