*The discount will be applied from the month following application to the amount of usage in which the conditions are met.
*The "Internet Course" and "Electricity Course" will not be applied in combination; only the "Internet Course" will be applied.
*If you cancel your UQ mobile contract or change to a plan other than the applicable plan, the discount will end for the month in which you make the procedure. If you transfer/inherit UQ mobile (excluding between family members), the discount will end for the month prior to the procedure. The discount will be applied even if the applicable service has not yet been activated, but if it has not been activated six months after the start of application, the discount will end accordingly. However, if it is confirmed that activation is not possible due to reasons such as not meeting the application conditions, the discount may end even within six months. If you cancel your application for the applicable service for your own reasons, the discount will end and the discount amount up to that point may be added to your UQ mobile usage fee and charged. The discount amount is determined by the UQ mobile plan you are subscribed to at the end of the month. The discount cannot be applied for months in which the conditions are not met at the end of the month. If you cancel the applicable service, the discount will end the month prior to the cancellation month.

*If you cancel your contract in the middle of a month, the basic usage fee will not be calculated on a pro-rata basis and you will be charged the full amount.

[Communication speed limit]
* Communication speeds may be restricted during periods of congestion or when large amounts of data are used.
*If your data usage exceeds the monthly data quota, your communication speed will be limited to a maximum of 1Mbps until the end of that month. Furthermore, if your data usage exceeds 40GB in a month, your communication speed will be limited to a maximum of 128kbps until the end of that month. Please note that depending on the status of our facilities, etc., the application of the maximum 128kbps communication speed limit may be delayed or may not be applied at all.
This is a best-effort service. Actual communication speeds may vary depending on your usage environment, line conditions, etc.
