overview	If you subscribe to the "Messhu Wi-Fi Additional Pod", the device delivery fee is free. In addition, when removing the "Messhu Wi-Fi additional pod", if you declare within 2 months (during the discount application period) including the installation month, the device delivery fee will be free at the time of cancellation. Target audience	Customers who have subscribed to the "Additional Messhu Wi-Fi Pod" and have received and returned the device using "Install by yourself".
Apply	We will give you a discount on the equipment delivery fee when you subscribe. If the customer requests cancellation within two months, including the month of installation, the equipment delivery fee at the time of cancellation will be discounted. If you wish to have our equipment installed and removed by our workers, or if you apply for other J:COM services at the same time, you will not be eligible for the equipment delivery fee discount. Depending on the contents of the application, some may not be applicable. Please contact us for more information. Not applicable for J:COM NET Hikari (N).
please note	Except for "Additional Messhu Wi-Fi pod", additional construction costs/fees/initial costs may be required for plan/course changes/additions for each service. Discount details are subject to change without notice.
About "Install by yourself"	If you subscribe to J:COM NET at the same time, you may not be able to install it yourself. Please contact us for more information. If you do not receive the device (pod), your application will be invalid. If you wish to continue to "install by yourself", you will need to apply again. You cannot specify the delivery date and time. Even if you have applied for "self-installation", if you find it difficult to do it yourself after receiving the device (pod), J:COM staff can visit and install it (for a fee). To use, you need to subscribe to a service specified by J:COM.
A device such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet that supports the IEEE802.11a/b/g/n/ac standard is required. Additionally, you will need to install the designated app, use a compatible device (Android 5.0 or higher or iOS 11.0 or higher), and create a J:COM personal ID.
Due to the characteristics of wireless LAN, the speed may be slow or the signal may not reach depending on the environment. Also, the speed may be slow depending on your usage environment, device, and contract plan.
If you subscribe to "J:COM NET Hikari 1G/5G/10G Course on au Hikari", you will need to install one device (pod).

You can sign up for up to 4 additional routers.
Some apartment complexes, J:COM In My Room properties, and UR rental housing do not currently provide high-performance Wi-Fi modems.
