How to apply
To apply for ``Bicycle Life Support,'' you need to subscribe to J:COM service. If you are already a subscriber, please apply for ``Bicycle Life Support'' using the application button below.
- Join from the day after the application date. However, the service start date is the first day of the month following subscription.

Those who apply for and use the service.
- Those who have already subscribed to the J:COM service and are applying for and using this service newly.
- Those who contract under the name of an individual (excluding those who contract under the name of a corporation).
- Those who meet the conditions for membership recognized by our company.

- This is a service in which our company receives a customer's consignment and relays the bicycle road service to a bicycle road service provider. Customers will be provided directly by the bicycle road service provider.
- To use it, you need to subscribe to J:COM service. To use the J:COM service, a basic monthly fee, installation fee, etc. are required. A removal fee is required for cancellation.
- The service start date will be the first day of the month following the subscription month (installation month if installation is required, or delivery completion month if customer installs by themselves), and the monthly usage fee will be billed from the service start date. .
- The policy can be used by the insured person and his/her family members (the insured person, his or her spouse and relatives) (hereafter referred to as the insured person). "Relatives" refers to the person or his or her spouse and "relatives living together (blood relatives within the sixth degree or relatives by affinity within the third degree of the person or the spouse)" or "unmarried children living separately (marriage history )”.
