POINT 2 Contact from J:COM (telephone)
We will confirm the details of the move and adjust the schedule for removal work and installation work.
POINT 3Removal work at your current home
We will remove the lines and equipment (set-top boxes, modems, etc.) at your current home.
POINT 4Installation work at the new address
At your new home, install the lines and equipment (set-top box, modem, etc.) and start using the service.
