Tokyo Gas for J:COM
"Always gas"

• Tokyo Gas will carry out gas supply and security services for each area, such as inspecting consumption equipment (gas appliances) and disseminating information on how to prevent danger. Alternatively, Tokyo Gas Lifeval, which is outsourced by Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd., will conduct the work.
• There are conditions for billing. Details must be confirmed with the person in charge at the time of application.
• This service may be terminated due to circumstances. For details, please refer to the "Additional Menu Definition Document."​

[Tokyo Gas for J:COM (Gas) "Zuttomo Gas (Koshigaya/Kasukabe area/Hasuda Minami area, Toride/Abiko area)" (hereinafter referred to as this gas service)]

• For this gas service, J:COM will sell Tokyo Gas's "Zuttomo Gas (Koshigaya/Kasukabe areas/Hasuda Minami areas, Toride/Abiko areas)" on behalf of the company, with retail gas supply being provided by Tokyo Gas.
• To apply for this gas service, you must join the Tokyo Gas web membership service "myTOKYOGAS."
• Refunds will not be given for any gas fees that have already been used.
• If you request it, we will send you detailed information and an explanation of important matters.
• This gas service is available in the city gas supply area of Energy Space Co., Ltd. (Koshigaya/Kasukabe area/Hasuda Minami area, Toride/Abiko area).

[Tokyo Gas for J:COM (Electricity) "Basic Plan" (hereinafter, "Electricity Service")]

• This electricity service is the "Basic Plan" of Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Tokyo Gas) sold by J:COM, and the retail electricity supply is provided by Tokyo Gas. To sign a contract, you will need to switch your contract from another retail electricity provider to Tokyo Gas.
• If you do not use electricity, the basic fee is half price.
• If additional charges are applied in addition to the basic charge and energy charge and the total after reflecting all of these is negative, the charge for that month will consist only of the Renewable Energy Generation Promotion Surcharge.
• Electricity charges are calculated by adding or subtracting a "fuel cost adjustment amount" depending on fluctuations in fuel prices.
• There is no upper limit on the fuel cost adjustment amount.
• If there is no current electricity supply contract at the application address, application is not possible.
• If you are receiving a lump sum bill for multiple meters, you cannot apply.
• If you are currently subscribed to this electricity service and this gas service, you cannot cancel only this gas service.
• There will be no refunds for electricity charges already used.
• If you request it, we will send you detailed information and an explanation of important matters.
• This electricity service is available in the city gas supply area of Energy Uchuu Co., Ltd. (Koshigaya/Kasukabe area/Hasuda Minami area, Toride/Abiko area).

[Gas and electricity set discount (fixed rate B)]

• This offer is available to those who use Tokyo Gas for J:COM gas and electricity at the same place/contractor and who pay their gas and electricity charges together. A 0.5% discount (rounded down to the nearest whole number) will be applied to the total amount (including tax) of the monthly basic electricity charge and energy charge for each electricity supply contract.
