- This service is intended for those who have moved into designated apartment complexes through a partnership agreement between J:COM and UR Urban Renaissance Agency. Even if the company is the same corporation, this service cannot be used in apartment complexes that are not designated by the partnership agreement. If the partnership between J:COM and UR Urban Renaissance Agency ends, the provision of this service will end and you will need to change your contract with J:COM.
- As of the end of September 2022 (excluding some).
- Construction costs/fees/initial costs are required for use/cancellation of each service and service changes.
- Discounts and gift contents and period are subject to change without notice.
- Depending on your address or building, you may not be able to use the service, or the discount application conditions and period may differ.
- Only some services can be installed by the customer.
- Company names, product names, and service names are registered trademarks or trademarks of each company. Including some pending applications.
- Communication speed may vary depending on usage environment and equipment.
- A device such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet that supports the IEEE802.11a/b/g/n/ac standard is required. Additionally, you will need to install the designated app, use a compatible device (Android 5.0 or higher or iOS 11.0 or higher), and create J:COM personal ID. Due to the characteristics of wireless LAN, the speed may be slow or the signal may not reach depending on the environment.
- Separate universal service charges, telephone relay service charges and call charges are required.
- Some works are available for a separate fee.
- Some channels are optional channels (paid).
- 4K broadcasts can be viewed on some channels and works. To view 4K broadcasts and 4K image quality, you need a 4K J:COM Box or J:COM LINK contract and a 4K compatible TV that supports HDMI2.0/HDCP2.2 standards. Recording is in DR mode, and LAN recording (including dubbing and moving) is not supported. You cannot watch 4K broadcast programs or recorded programs (including remote downloads) on a tablet.
- We may not be able to meet your desired schedule depending on the details of your contract and congestion.
- Broadcast programs on high-definition (HD) channels include some standard-definition programs.
- To view NHK broadcasts, a subscription contract and subscription fee are required.
