"Home Support" (hereinafter referred to as "this service") is a member preferential intermediary service that allows members to use services provided by Japan Best Rescue System Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "JBR") at preferential prices.

To subscribe to this service contract, you must be J:COM service subscriber and one of the customers specified in the following items.
To use the J:COM service, a basic monthly fee, installation fee, etc. are required. A removal fee is required for cancellation.

  • Those who apply for and use this service at the same time as newly applying for the Internet connection service, broadcasting service, telephone service, disaster prevention information service, or earthquake early warning provided by our company.
  • Those who have already subscribed to the Internet connection service, broadcasting service, telephone service, disaster prevention information service, or earthquake early warning provided by our company, and who newly apply for and use this service.
  • Those who contract under the name of an individual (excluding those who contract under the name of a corporation).

  • "Life Emergency Service" and "General Life Support Service" are services provided by JBR (hereafter referred to as "JBR Service").
  • JBR services can be used at member prices from the day following the date of application (on the day of installation if installation is required, or on the day of delivery if the customer installs the product by themselves).
  • This service is available for family members who live together within the second degree of kinship with the subscriber. To use it, you need to apply to JBR.
  • In principle, JBR services are provided at J:COM service contract address. However, when it comes to unlocking cars and motorcycles, JBR services can be provided at locations other than the contracted address.
  • JBR service may incur separate charges for parts, special work, glass, etc.
  • We are not responsible for any troubles that occur with JBR services.
  • If you cancel this service, you will not be able to use the JBR service.

[About billing for housekeeping (comprehensive life support service)]

  • In principle, the method of payment for housekeeping (comprehensive life support service) is the postpaid payment service "Atodine postpayment" provided by JACCS Payment Solutions Co., Ltd.
  • This is a safe and easy payment method that allows you to make a deferred payment at a convenience store or financial institution after the service you have applied for is provided.
  • The invoice will be mailed separately after the service is provided, so please pay within 14 days of issuance.
