Terms of contract
- Continuous use for 2 years under the same name and on the same line.
- If the above conditions are no longer met, a cancellation fee will be required for each service: J:COM NET 320M Course: 4,300 yen (4,730 yen (tax included)), J:COM NET 1G Course: 4,800 yen (5,280 yen (tax included)), J:COM TV Thin Standard/Flex: 4,500 yen (4,950 yen (tax included)).
- From the 50th month onwards, including the month when installation is completed (or the month when delivery is completed if you install the service yourself), the service will automatically renew at the regular monthly fee.
- Only one subscription for each service per subscription.
- 2 year long term contract (automatic renewal).
- If the above conditions are no longer met, a contract cancellation fee of 6,260 yen (6,886 yen (tax included)) for the "10G Course" and 5,280 yen (5,808 yen (tax included)) for the "1G Course" (single-family home) / 4,780 yen (5,258 yen (tax included)) for the "apartment building" will be required.
- Only one line per contract.

- 4K broadcasts can be viewed on some channels and works. To view 4K broadcasts and 4K image quality, you need a 4K J:COM Box or J:COM LINK contract and a 4K compatible TV that supports HDMI2.0/HDCP2.2 standards. Recording is in DR mode, and LAN recording (including dubbing and moving) is not supported. You cannot watch 4K broadcast programs or recorded programs (including remote downloads) on a tablet.
- Some works are available for a separate fee.
- Broadcast programs on high-definition (HD) channels include some standard-definition programs.
- To view NHK broadcasts, a subscription contract and subscription fee are required.
J:COM combined billing for Netflix/ J:COM combined billing for Disney+/ combined billing (DAZN)
- "J:COM Summary Request for Netflix" / "J:COM Summary Request for Disney+" / "Consolidated Billing (DAZN)" is a service provided by Netflix Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Netflix") / Walt Disney・ Usage fees for the service "Disney Plus" provided by Japan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Disney Company") / "DAZN" service provided by DAZN Limited (hereinafter referred to as "DAZN") A service that can be paid together with the J:COM service usage fee. To use the J:COM service, a basic monthly fee and construction costs are required. Cancellation of J:COM service requires removal fee.
- If you use "Consolidated billing (DAZN)", you cannot cancel "DAZN" during the free period. In the case of cancellation, payment of usage charges (including consumption tax equivalent) from the end of the free period to the time of cancellation is required.
- To use "J:COM Summary Request for Netflix", "J:COM Summary Request for Disney+", and "Consolidated Billing (DAZN)", J:COMRequires the creation of a personal ID and a communication environment (Wi-Fi, LTE, etc.). - If you cancel the J:COM service, "J:COM Summary Billing for Netflix" / "J:COM Summary Billing for Disney+" / "Consolidated Billing (DAZN)" will also be canceled at the same time. If you wish to continue using the service, you will need to contact Netflix for Netflix, Disney for Disney Plus, and DAZN for DAZN.
- Monthly usage fees for "Netflix"/" Disney Plus"/"DAZN" are not calculated on a daily basis.
- For minors to apply for "J:COM Bulk Billing for Netflix"/Bulk Billing (DAZN), consent from a parent or guardian is required. When using "Netflix", the terms of use of "Netflix" apply, when using "Disney Plus", "Disney Plus", and when using "DAZN", the terms of use of "DAZN" apply.
- J:COM is not responsible for any troubles that occur with "Netflix"/" Disney Plus"/"DAZN".

J:COM TV Shin Standard
- If a subscriber to "J:COM TV Shin Standard" installs a second or later device, "J:COM TV Standard Plus /Standard/Flex/Select" cannot be provided.
- The second and subsequent devices can be provided by other than J:COM LINK. However, unlimited viewing of "J:COM STREAM" is not available on set-top boxes other than J:COM LINK.
- If you subscribe to this course, the contract conditions for unlimited viewing of "J:COM STREAM" will be waived.
J:COM TV Flex
- A/B pack changes will be applied from the month following your application. Cannot be changed within the same month.
- If you apply by 18:00 on the last day of every month, you can change it from the afternoon of the 1st of the following month.
- If you are using Netflix or Disney Plus for the first time, you need to create an account. However, User "Netflix" or "Disney Plus", you can continue to use your account.
- The monthly fee for "J:COM TV Flex with Netflix" includes the fee for the Netflix Basic Plan.
- If you wish to subscribe to another plan of "Netflix", a separate fee difference is required.
- Disney + Standard Plan cannot be selected.
- "3 months free Disney +" does not apply.
J:COM NET
- The communication speed is the maximum speed provided by the technical standard from the network to the modem.
- Communication speed may decrease depending on the usage environment and device used.
- To use Wi-Fi, you need a device such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet that supports the standard.
J:COM LINK mini free
- Only one unit per household is applicable.
- If the applicable conditions are no longer met, the regular monthly usage fee will be applied.
