Your first billing will be in the month following the month you subscribed. Your bill will be the sum of the prorated portion of the month you subscribed and the month after that. The second and subsequent charges are the basic monthly fee for the service you are subscribed to as of the first day of each month and the usage fee for the metered service you used in the previous month.

- "J:COM NET Hikari (N)" is NTT's optical fiber line.
If desired, either "WiMAX + 5G (Home Router)" or "WiMAX + 5G S (Home Router)" will be provided free of charge for up to three months until "J J:COM NET Hikari (N)" is activated. From the fourth month onwards, 5,500 yen/month (6,050 yen (tax included)/month) will be charged. After "J:COM NET Hikari (N)" is activated, customers must apply to return "WiMAX + 5G"/"WiMAX + 5G S". If you only have a contract for "J:COM NET Hikari (N)", au Smart Value /NHK Group Lump Sum Payment will not apply. If you are applying for UQ mobile Home Set Discount, it may not apply if you switch to J:COM NET Hikari (N).
[Conditions for J:COM NET Hikari (N)] 1) 2-year long-term contract (automatic renewal). 2) If the above conditions are no longer met, a contract cancellation fee of 3,500 yen (3,850 yen (tax included)) is required. 3) Only one line per contract. - Communication speed may decrease depending on the usage environment and device used.
- To use Wi-Fi, you need a device such as a computer, smartphone, or tablet that supports the standard.
- Depending on the contract course, the equipment to be installed and the number of installations may vary.
[About high-performance Wi-Fi]
- IEEE802.11a/b/g/n/ac standard. (J:COM NET Hikari (N) is IEEE802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax). To achieve the communication speeds based on the technical standards compatible with 10G/5G, it is necessary to connect the compatible device (10GBASE-T) and ONU with a wired LAN (Category 6A, 6e or higher). Cannot be used in conjunction with commercially available wireless repeaters.
- Due to the characteristics of in-house wiring (communication performance of LAN cables, routers, hubs, etc.) and wireless LAN, communication speed may be significantly limited or radio waves may not reach.
- The number of devices (pods) that can be added to the contract is up to four.

- ONU's Wi-Fi standards are IEEE802.11b/g/n, 11a/n/ac (wave2).
- The maximum communication speed that can be used by one terminal device according to technical standards is approximately 1.7Gbps when connected wirelessly.
[J:COM NET Hikari 10G/5G Plan on au Hikari]
- ONU's Wi-Fi standard is IEEE802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax Draft (Wi-Fi certified).
- The maximum communication speed that can be used by one terminal device according to technical standards is approximately 4.8Gbps when connected wirelessly.
[J:COM PHONE Hikari (N)]
- A home gateway compatible with Hikari Denwa must be installed. There are connection conditions for the telephone etc. to be connected. For details, please contact J:COM.
- Cannot be provided to office lines.
- "J:COM PHONE Hikari (N)" will be provided only when J:COM COM PHONE Plus cannot be provided due to the area or building installation status.
- The wiring method is different from that of "J:COM PHONE Plus."
[Digital terrestrial and BS digital services (N)]
- "Digital terrestrial/BS digital service (N)" will be provided only when J:COM TV cannot be provided due to the area or building installation status.
- A registration fee of 2,800 yen (3,080 yen including tax) is required for the TV viewing service.
- Not available in some areas. Not available in apartment complexes.
- Monthly usage fees are not pro-rated.
- To watch CS broadcasts, customers must sign a separate contract with SKY PerfecTV!/Hikari TV.
- You can watch 4K/8K broadcasts. Depending on the service you want to use, you may need to purchase a new 4K8K satellite broadcast adapter (fee required) that supports optical fiber.
