When will the work be done?

The construction date will be determined after consultation with the customer. If you are a new resident, we recommend that you do the work the day after you move in, so as not to overlap with the work of the moving company.

I have a cable TV contract, but is it possible to do the work without a TV?

no. Please be sure to prepare your TV before installation, as you will need to connect and check the video on your own TV.

I'm going to have a new construction meeting with the housing maker from now on. Is there anything I need to do in advance?

overview When customers living in newly built detached houses sign up for the applicable plan, they will receive a cash back at the end of the seventh month after construction is completed.
Target audience

Customers who live in a newly built detached house, have subscribed to an eligible plan, and meet the following conditions (1), (2), and (3).

  • Complete the installation work (delivery if the customer installs it by themselves; the same shall apply hereinafter) by the end of the fifth month, including the month of application (conditions may vary depending on the building in which you live).
  • Complete the application for this benefit on J:COM My Page by the end of the 5th month including the month in which installation work is completed.
  • Completion of payment of usage fee for 5 months including installation month.
