[J:COM MOBILE A Plan ST/SU (voice + data)]

  • Contracts are limited to a maximum of 5 lines per household for [A Plan ST], and a maximum of 5 lines per subscriber name for [A Plan SU].
  • If the total amount of data used in a given month exceeds the monthly data allowance (including additional data and carried over data), the maximum sending and receiving speed until the end of that month will be [1GB/5GB] 200kbps/[10GB/20GB] 1Mbps.
  • Available in au's 4G LTE area (some areas support 5G). 3G communication is not available. Depending on the usage environment, communication may not be possible or the communication speed may decrease.

[A Plan ST]

  • SIM unlock may be required.
  • If you are not able to receive the product (terminal, etc.) within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date due to absence or other reasons, usage fees may be charged from the 8th day including the scheduled arrival date.

[MNP line switching]

  • Some phone numbers may not be available.
  • At the time of application, you will need an MNP reservation number with a validity period of 10 days or more.
  • There may be cases where the email address you used before switching cannot be used, or where data transfer is required to continue using the apps you are currently using.
