WEB Toku- QUO card Pay present

Customers who have newly subscribed to WEB Gentei Start Wari target plan via the web and meet the following conditions (1) and (2).

①Complete the installation work (delivery if the customer installs it by themselves) by the end of the fifth month including the month of application (conditions may differ depending on the building in which you live).

②Complete registration of J:COM Personal ID by the end of the third month including the month in which construction is completed (if the customer installs it himself, the month in which delivery is completed; the same applies hereinafter).

• Customers who cancel their contract midway, change to an ineligible plan, or have canceled J:COM service within the past six months are not eligible.
• If WEB Gentei Start Wari is not applied, it will not be applicable.

Customers who have subscribed to the NET320M course or higher of the following WEB Gentei Start Wari plan

• “Smart OTOKU Plan (TV+NET Course)”
• “Smart OTOKU Plan Flex (TV+NET Course)”
• “Smart MOTTO OTOKU Plan” *Kyushu area only
• “Smart MOTTO OTOKU Plan Flex” *Kyushu area only

• "J:COM NET Hikari (N)"

At the end of the 4th month, including the month in which construction is completed, we will send a dedicated QUO Card Pay URL to your registered J:COM Personal ID (email address).

• Some measures, such as other discounts, may not be combined. Please contact us for more information.
• The QUO Card Pay URL can only be sent once. If there is an error in your registered J:COM Personal ID (email address), or if you have not set up reception permission, we will not be able to reissue or resend the QUO Card Pay URL.
• If you use "@hotmail.com", "@hotmail.co.jp", "@live.jp", "@msn.com", "@outlook.jp", you may not be able to receive the dedicated URL for QUO Card Pay. Please register an email address with a different domain.
• If you are behind in payment to our company, you may not be eligible for the gift.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with J:COM Start Discount.

• If the service is changed or canceled before receiving the URL for QUO Card Pay, it may not be applicable.
• Depending on your address or building, you may not be able to use the service, or the discount application conditions and period may differ.
• "Smart OTOKU Plan", "Smart MOTTO OTOKU Plan", "Smart OTOKU Select", and "Smart OTOKU NET" have conditions such as usage period and cancellation fee.
• A separate contract handling fee of 3,300 yen (tax included) [3,080 yen (tax included) for the Kyushu and Yamaguchi areas] is required for new subscriptions and additional services.
• Except for the application of discounts, construction costs, handling fees, initial costs, etc. are required for the use, cancellation, and service changes of each service.
• Discounts and gifts are subject to change without notice.
• Customers who have canceled J:COM TV or J:COM NET service within the past six months are not eligible.
