If you sign up for an eligible plan as a new customer or add J:COM TV, and use the plan for seven months including the month in which installation is completed, you will receive a cash back of 10,000 yen in the ninth month.

Applications must be made via J:COM My Page.

Target audience

Customers who live in an eligible property, have applied for an eligible plan as a new or additional service, and meet the following conditions (1) to (4).

  • Complete the installation work (delivery if the customer installs it by themselves; the same shall apply hereinafter) by the end of the fifth month, including the month of application (conditions may vary depending on the building in which you live).
  • Apply for this benefit on J:COM My Page by the end of the 5th month including the month in which installation work is completed.
  • Use the target service as of the end of the 7th month including the installation work completion month.
  • Completion of payment of usage fee for 6 months including installation month.

  • Applications via J:COM My Page will be accepted from the end of the month following the completion of installation work.
  • A cashback request email will be sent to you at the end of the ninth month, including the month in which the installation work was completed. If there is an error in J:COM personal ID (email address) you registered, or if you have not set up permission to receive emails from "[email protected]", the email cannot be resent even if the deadline for receipt has passed.
  • Financial institutions that can be registered to receive funds via direct deposit are limited to those registered in the "List of Financial Institutions Using the Zengin System."
  • To receive cashback at a Seven Bank ATM, you must collect the cashback within 10 days of registering for cashback. If you are unable to collect the cashback within that period, you will not be able to apply the benefit again.
  • A separate contract processing fee of 3,300 yen (tax included) [3,080 yen (tax included) for the Kyushu and Yamaguchi areas] is required for new subscriptions and additional services.
  • Except for the application of discounts, construction costs, handling fees, initial costs, etc. are required for the use, cancellation, and service changes of each service.
