We want our employees to truly feel that they want to work for this company forever. We have reexamined our support system and working style, focusing on "security" and "growth." As a result, many of our members have become full-time employees, contributing to their teams as part of J:COM Group at bases across the country.

Working Environment

Support System

We have created an environment and systems that allow employees to work comfortably according to the characteristics of their disabilities and their physical condition.

  • Adjustment of working hours (e.g., reduced working hours)
  • Short breaks (5-10 minutes) every hour
  • Twice a month of unpaid medical leave
  • Improving the working environment
  • Area Manager
    A manager is assigned to each area. Through daily communication and regular interviews (about once a month), they provide advice on work and the workplace, mental care, and coordination with assigned departments.
  • Area Supporters
    As an assistant to the area manager, I respond to everyday inquiries from employees in a position close to them. If you have any problems, you can feel free to call on me.

Full-time employee promotion record

Approximately 90% of staff are promoted to full-time employment within three years of joining the company.

Employees can choose between the "Career Course," which aims for career advancement, and the "Standard Course," which allows them to work in a way that suits the characteristics of their disability (such as part-time work), based on their individual abilities and level of growth.

Everyone is happy to accept my absence when my child suddenly develops a fever or I'm not feeling well. I've learned to rely on others since coming here. Rather than pushing myself too hard and causing a lot of trouble, I just need to rest well when I can and do my best when I can. This is a workplace where we all feel like we're in the same boat. Another great thing about this company is that there are regular social gatherings between J:COM HEART employees where you can exchange information with people who have similar illnesses. Right now, I rely on everyone, but when my child is no longer of my own, I would like to be in a position to support others.

I have been with the company for three years, assisting with postal work and equipment collection in the Administration Department, and spending fulfilling days with kind and interesting colleagues. The work starts late, so I am happy that I can arrive at work with plenty of time in the morning. A conversation with a person in charge at a job fair was what led me to join the company. I enjoy anime series on my days off, and my hobby is collecting goods, so I value work-life balance. I am currently studying English and saving money in a planned manner so that I can go to an amusement park overseas. This workplace, where I can continue doing what I love in an environment where I can take on new challenges, is the ideal place for me to be.
