2. When acquiring, using, and providing personal information, we will specify the purpose as clearly as possible and will not use it for any purpose other than that specified. 3. When managing personal information, we will appoint a person responsible for management, ensure appropriate management, and strive to prevent leakage to external parties. 8. We will determine the retention period for customer personal information necessary for the purpose of use, and will delete the customer's personal information without delay after the retention period has expired or the purpose of use has been achieved. However, this shall not apply in cases where there are matters specifically stipulated by laws and other regulations.

Our company complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Act No. 57 of 2003), the Basic Policy on the Protection of Personal Information (Cabinet Decision of April 2, 2004), the Guidelines on the Protection of Personal Information of Broadcast Subscribers, etc. (Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications Notification No. 696 of 2004), the Guidelines on the Protection of Personal Information in the Telecommunications Business (Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications Notification No. 695 of 2004), and other laws and guidelines related to our business, and may use personal information as follows in accordance with JIS Q 15001.
Furthermore, we will comply with the certified personal information protection guidelines for the broadcasting sector, which were created by the certified personal information protection organization (Personal Information Protection Center within the Broadcast Security Center Foundation) to which our company belongs.
