- What payment methods are accepted?

You can choose to pay by bank transfer or credit card.
- When is the bank transfer due?

I paying by bank transfer, the payment will be made between the 26th and 28th of each month, depending on your financial institution. The payment date for your credit card is the payment date determined by the credit card company.
- When will I be billed after joining?

Your first billing will be in the month following the month you subscribed. Your bill will be the sum of the prorated portion of the month you subscribed and the month after that. The second and subsequent charges are the basic monthly fee for the service you are subscribed to as of the first day of each month and the usage fee for the metered service you used in the previous month.
- Is there a way to check billing details in advance?

- The number of channels includes terrestrial digital broadcasting and BS digital broadcasting.
- For BS digital broadcasting, you can watch NHK, BS11 Eleven, BS12 Twelve, and commercial BS. Some channels are optional channels (paid).
- NHK reception fee is not included in the usage fee.
- Includes 4K J:COM Box/ J:COM LINK monthly usage fee of 362 yen (398 yen including tax).
- To view 4K broadcasts and 4K image quality, you will need a 4K J:COM Box or J:COM LINK contract and a 4K compatible TV that supports HDMI2.0/HDCP2.2 standards. We do not guarantee connection or viewing with all 4K compatible devices.

- Separate universal service charges, telephone relay service charges and call charges are required.
[About the recording hard disk (J:COM LINK only)]
- Fees related to procedures: Basic installation fee of 3,000 yen (3,300 yen (tax included)) if you bring, connect, and set up only this device.
- J:COM LINK contract is required for use. It is not possible to contract for a single hard disk. Also, the manufacturer, model, and color cannot be selected.
- Recorded programs can only be played on the device that recorded them.
- 4K broadcasting does not support DLNA viewing (home network) and LAN recording (including dubbing and moving).
- We will not be held responsible for any failure to record for some reason.
[About J:COM TV Shin Standard]
- If a subscriber to "J:COM TV Shin Standard" installs a second or later device, "J:COM TV Standard Plus /Standard/Flex/Select" cannot be provided.
- The second and subsequent devices can be provided by other than J:COM LINK. However, unlimited viewing of "J:COM STREAM" is not available on set-top boxes other than J:COM LINK.
- If you subscribe to this course, the contract conditions for unlimited viewing of "J:COM STREAM" will be waived.
[About "J:COM STREAM" unlimited viewing]
- There is a minimum usage period of 3 months, including the subscription month, except when applying for "Smart OTOKU NET, J:COM NET with " Seishun 22 wari" or "Seishun 26 wari", or J:COM LINK mini. Even if you cancel your contract midway through, you will still be required to pay one month's usage fee (including consumption tax equivalent).
- Some content may not be compatible with the "J:COM STREAM" app.
- Some of the content provided may differ depending on the contract plan and set-top box you are using.
- If you are a new subscriber to "Smart OTOKU Plan +" or "Smart Value Plan" and J:COM PHONE, or if you are already subscribed, the monthly fee will be 500 yen (550 yen (tax included)).
- If you’ve newly applied for or are already using "Smart OTOKU NET" or "Seishun 22 Wari" or "Seishun 26 Wari" with J:COM NET and J:COM LINK mini, you will be charged 800 yen (880 yen) per month. (tax included)).
[About J:COM LINK mini]
- To use it, you need to subscribe to a service specified by J:COM.
- Internet communication environment and wireless LAN connection environment are required to use J:COM LINK mini.
- Depending on the contract plan and usage environment, it may not be possible to provide.
- Subscription is required as a set with the internet video service specified by J:COM. For details, please contact J:COM.
- J:COM LINK contract, internet communication environment, and wireless LAN connection environment are required. Viewing may not be possible depending on the wireless LAN connection environment.

[J:COM Denki/About J:COM DENRYOKU]
- Depending on the fuel cost adjustment amount in your area and the details of your current contract, some applications may not be accepted.
- If you live outside the Hokkaido area and subscribe after April 4, 2024, you will be eligible for "J:COM Denki." If you subscribed before April 4, 2024, or if you live in the Hokkaido area, you will be subscribed to "J:COM Electric Power."
